• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.

• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• * Within 30-17 days prior to arrival, 25% charge on total booking.
• * Within 16-09 days prior to arrival, 60% charge on total booking.
• * Within 08 or less prior to arrival, 100%charge on total booking.
• * No show: 100%of total booking will be applicable.
• * Early departure Policy: 100% of the booked period will be charged.
• * Services once will reconfirmed attract amendment charges, which will be intimated at the time of
