• • Expenses due to flight delays, road closures, bad weather, or any unforeseen circumstances.

• * Vehicle provided: - (imp: - kindly enquire about the vehicle provided at the time of booking)
• 1. Keep drivers' mobile number with you during the entire journey.
• 2. Important instructions about schedule to discuss with driver for the next day in advance to avoid misunderstanding.
• 3. From 1 to 6 person paying full adult charge a suitable vehicle indica / tatasumo / Tavera would be provided.
• 4. From 8 to 14 person paying full adult charge a 13-seater tata winger / 14-seater tempo traveler
• would be provided.
• 5. From 16 to 20 person paying full adult charge a 19-seater 1p bus. Would be provided. 19-seater 1p bus has an extra comfortable space in the cabin to carry up to 20 persons.
• 6. From 22 to 30 person paying full adult charge a 27-seater 1p bus. Would be provided. 27-seater 1p bus has an extra comfortable space in the cabin to carry up to 30 persons.
• 7. Important: in case no of children / extra adults paying extra bed charge only, exceed the seating capacity as per the discussed / booked plan, an extra charge would be bourne by the guest to get a suitable vehicle.
• 8. Sightseeing at Gulmarg - Pahalgam- sonmarg by pony only (at own cost). Chand Anwari, betaab valley, Aru valley, baisaran, drop to gondola & thajiwas glacier is not included as extra charges has to be bourne by the guest for visiting these places.
• 9. Vehicle capacity: - indica – 4 / tata sumo – 7 / Tavera – 7 / tata winger – 13 / tempo traveler – 14 / 19. seater 1p bus – 20 / 27-seater 1p bus - 30.
• 10. Vehicles are provided as per full paying adults not with their extra adults / or children accompanying them that may exceed the number to be adjusted in the vehicle as per package.
• 11. No Shankaracharya temple for guests travelling by 19 / 27-seater buses as these vehicles are not allowed to the temple.
• 12. After deboarding from the vehicle convey / discuss the meeting point and your next schedule with the driver, so he can have time for his routine meals.

• * Important: - we do not arrange gondola or pony rides; guest has to purchase the gondola ticket online at website or from Srinagar in advance to avoid long queue at Gulmarg. Horse / pony / sledge - owners are operating privately and do not have a fixed price for their services for this reason we do not use their services for our guests. Guest has to organize these services on their own at their own cost & fix a price themselves & we are in no way responsible if the guests are extra charged or not given full service by them & our drivers are also free from an involvement with these people & providing these services.
• * Gondola timing: - gondola operated from till 4:30 pm only, make sure you reach the gondola earlier then the given time, we are in no way responsible if you don’t make it up to the gondola in time. clients should bring their own raincoats, warm clothes, & trekking shoes. Company does not take any responsibility towards any damage or loss of property of clients during the tour.

• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
