• * After confirmation of any Package request: 50% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the
• respective services.
• * 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour package cost required.
• * 07 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.
• * All payments must be notified by an e-mail format only with attached transaction details.
• * Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
• * We will not entertain any credit facility.

• North Sikkim (Lachung - Lachen) – Important Note:
• * All the North Sikkim (Lachung / Lachen) packages start from Gangtok & ends at Gangtok.
• * All guests are requested to carry minimum luggage when travelling to North Sikkim and keep the balance luggage at the hotel in Gangtok. This is because of bad road conditions of North Sikkim, especially during trans-shipment due to landslides and road blockages.
• * Guest must carry photo ID proof such as Voter Id / Passport / Driving License and 02-04 passport size photograph. PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not considered as a valid ID proof for permit. For above 05 years childbirth Certificate or School ID card is valid. Need original & Xerox copy of the documents.
• * In Lachen and Lachung most of the hotels offer Vegetarian food.
• * Hotels are available only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals and not by professional Hotel Chef.
• * Gurudongmar Lake is at an altitude of above 17000 feet. At this very high altitude the supply of oxygen is very low, and we do not recommend Child below 08 years, aged persons above 60 years and any guest with heart ailment, COPD or any pre-existing condition to visit Gurudongmar Lake.
• * Due to winter season (heavy snow) vehicle may be able to drive till Snow point on the way to Yumthang Valley and Gurudongmar Lake.
• * Excursion to Zero point (Yumesamdong) is kept optional which the guest can avail with an extra cost.
• * Due to shortage and irregularity of electric power supply you might face some inconveniences.
• Nathulla Pass Permit:
• • Nathulla Pass is an Indo-China Border & now the gate way of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra from India.
• • Nathula Pass Permit is completely subject to availability & depends on Sikkim Govt & BSF.
• • It can be done on the same day with Tsomo Lake & Baba Mandir excursion from Gangtok.
• • It Closed on Monday and Tuesday.
• • Naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Minimum 2 Days required to processing of the permit. But permit will be issued on the same day of the tour.
• • If permit is available one can opt for the tour with an extra charge of Rs. 5,000/- per vehicle.
• • Guest must carry photo ID proof such as Voter Id / Passport / Driving Licence and 02 passport size photograph. PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not considered as a valid ID proof for permit. • • This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents merge the following rules: -
• 1. In case of less than 6 people from one travel agent the department generally club small number with
• another travel agent’s small number of tourists just for 4 km up and down before Nathula pass.
• 2. The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs only. Guest has to start early from Gangtok. If guest makes delay in starting ex Gangtok, we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
• 3. Please note if Nathula pass permit not done due to weather conditions / Land slide / any other reason than we will refund the supplement amount after end of the tour.
• 4. Also note that if Nathula Pass permit is issued and due to any reason, they can’t visit Nathula Pass then we are unable to refund anything.

• * For this Darjeeling & Sikkim package guests should bring 4 copies of passport size photos, voter identity cards or their passports and photocopies of the same for each individual. PAN card is not accepted.
• * P.S. – Vehicles provided are on point-to-point basis and will not be available at guest’s disposal.
• * Rate given based on Min 6+2 Adult net payable to us.

• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• * Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge
• * Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.
• * Once the package is booked & confirmed North Sikkim part is Non-Cancelable or Non-Refundable
• * All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
• * Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date - No charge
• * Any cancellation between 45 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge
• * Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge
