• · Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, porterage.
• · Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• · Entrance Fees.
• · Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• · Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

• * 50% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Guarantee of the room’s reservation & booking is subject to the remittance of the full advance payment as per the hotel’s payment time limit. If payment is not received within due dates/ before guest arrival service/contract may be terminate.

• 1. There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the full payment.
• 2. Our company cannot be responsible for any improper services provided by the agency, airlines, transporter, hotel, driver, guide or any local service provider/for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employee of any hotelier, airlines, shipping company, transporter, driver, guide who are the company’s independent contractor arising outside or inspection process or Government authority, wars, civil/political disturbances, strikes, natural calamities (floods, landslides, earthquake or any other such type of natural act).
• 3. The company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him during the tour for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused and for any act, omission, default of any independent contractor, hotelier or other person, temporary or permanent loss or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused.
• 4. The prices quoted as per the itinerary have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of sending you the quote. The company reserves the right to amend the price quoted to you in case of currency fluctuations, increase in cost of fuel, changes in current tax structure, ticket cost increases, transport cost increased due to fuel hike, change of route necessitated by factors beyond our control, any special surcharge declared.
• 5. The Company in no way shall be responsible for Flight Miss, any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents, Snow fall etc. All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather & road condition. Any issue during tours or any services provided by us, please inform our representative immediately, we will try to take action on the sport. After end of the tours, we are not responsible for any issue or not bound for anything to solve it out or compensation.

• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• * All Services Such as Hotel Accommodation/ Transportation for You are booked immediately after your Confirmation we are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers' vendors. If these services are released within the below mentioned time frame, if circumstances make you cancel the tour the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following cancellation charges: Refund amount will be kept as advance with us and it will be adjusted with your new booking in future/Credit note will be given to you for such refund amount.
• (A) 45 days before arrival: Cancellation charges Nill
• (B) 45 - 31 days: 25% of the Tour Cost
• (C) 30- 16 days: 50% of the Tour Cost
• (D) 15 - 0 days: 100% of the Tour Cost
