Cancellation & Refund Policy : * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount. * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date. * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation. Ø If there are any surcharges in above then it can be applicable at the time of booking. Ø Tax extra as Applicable on the Above Package. Ø Rates quoted as per no. of pax. Increase/decrease in no. of pax rates are not valid. Ø Rates might change if traveling dates changes. Note: 1) Tour package will be confirmed only after your confirmation mail and 50% advance payment and remaining 50% have to pay one week before journey. 2) IF THE RATES OF PETROL/ DIESEL WILL INCREASE, THEN TRANSPORT RATES WILL BE CHANGE. 3) Vehicles Maximum Running will be up to 1500 kms. Extra Running charge will be Rs. 14.00 per kms. From booking date till 10 days prior to departure, 30% of package cost 2. From 5 days to 10 days prior to departure, 50% of package cost 3. From 48 hours to 3 days prior to departure, 75% of package cost 4. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure, 100% of package cost 5. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
